Eligibility Criteria
The student must be a resident of Odisha.
The student must be studying in class 6 and above in a recognized school/institution/university.
The student must be the ward of a building or construction worker.
The student must belong to General, Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), Other Backward Class (OBC), Socially and Economically Backward Class (SEBC) and Economically Backward Class (EBC) category.
The student must ensure 50% attendance in the academic session.
The student must have passed the previous examination.
