PM Kisan List: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, small and marginal farmers across the country are given Rs 6000 every year, which is given in free installments of Rs 2000. Today, on 5 October 2024 the government will release the 18th installment, in which Rs 2000 will be transferred to more than 9.5 crore farmers. A total of Rs 2000 crore has been set a side for this payment. Earlier, the 17th installment was given on 18 June 2024, in which about 9.25 crore farmers received the amount.
This means that since then about 25 lakh more farmers have become beneficiaries. The PM Kisan scheme has been created to provide regular financial assistance to farmers, help them with agriculture expenses and improve their overall well being.

Objective of PM Kisan List
The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers and help them made farming expenses. The scheme aims to reduce the financial stress on farmers by providing regular income support. The scheme aims to ensure better leaving standards and income stability for farming families and to support the economic well being of small farmers, there by contributing to rural development and growth.
